使用FormCreate设计器商业版，必须遵守以下协议：

1. 被授权者在软件程序使用过程中应遵守中国现行法律法规，我们不对被授权者的经营行为负任何法律责任。

2. 免责声明：任何情况下根据相关法律，我们不对被授权者因使用本软件产生的数据损坏或丢失、软硬件故障和违法犯罪等问题承担任何责任。

||
3. 本授权仅限于被授权主体（个人、企业或组织）使用，未经授权不得使用、修改或移除版权信息。

||
